    @coolmage9 let me get thisone MJ, how many free books do you think he has given away already, plenty I bet.
    it's takes a bold person to talk out of another mans pocket, why don't he do a video on giving the whole military a free book. Not a smart move, I was in the military and what do you think people will do if he did a video saying that he gave his book away to a military guy because of his service. Although your thought was noble you have to dig a little deeper. Not meant to be offensive.

    Why not give that book to the guy for free?. That would be better then a post it note.And thank him for his service.That would get you more positive free back,and more customers in the long run.

    It's great to see you Actually OWNING your book, and following the NECST Formula. I see that you do provide excellent customer service, but how can a young student like myself provide excellent customer service when I am the only employee, and there are too many customer interactions (Selling Books for example) to personalize/make everyone feel special? Isn't the reason the banks use automated machines so that they can deal with the mass of phone calls that are always occurring?

    MJ Great Advice!! It is always great to deliver more than the customer expects! It really shocks them to know that you actual care by doing the little things to treat them like a king.
