Folks Ask Big Oil They Want Their Town The Way It Used To
People residing in the northwestern part of North Dakota yearn for their old town without the newly discovered oil in the Bakken construction. A multitude of workers seeking for better-paying jobs flock to this town resulting to lodging deficiency, traffic jams, higher criminality and irritation among the native residents. These folks believe that their good old town is no longer in sight. According to a 57-year old resident of Watford City, the construction has brought them a lot of frustration aside from generating money. House rentals soared ranging from $1,500 to $3,000 for one-bedroom and two- to three-bedroom apartments respectively.
