The job loss percentage in the country is still on the rise but some workers are not probable to be affected by this condition.  The majority of these workers are those working part-time and they are slightly satisfied with their earning status.  Last September, the fraction of part-time workers who informed the Labor Department that they are doing this for cost-effective aims and not individually has diminished to 8.4 million in July which was earlier at 9.5 million last September.  In a latest survey, approximately 31% of the part-time workers wish to obtain a full-time work, confirmed by the Department of Labor.
