A large part of Kiyosaki's teachings focus on generating passive income by means of investment opportunities, such as real estate and businesses, with the ultimate goal of being able to support oneself by such investments alone. In tandem with this, Kiyosaki defines "assets" as things that generate cash inflow, such as rental properties or businesses—and "liabilities" as things that use cash, such as houses, cars, and so on. Kiyosaki also argues that financial leverage is critically important in becoming rich. Kiyosaki stresses what he calls "financial literacy" as the means to obtaining wealth. He says that life skills are often best learned through experience and that there are important lessons not taught in school. He says that formal education is primarily for those seeking to be employees or self-employed individuals, and that this is an "Industrial Age idea." And according to Kiyosaki, in order to obtain financial freedom, one must be either a business owner or an investor, generating passive income.

@c4t2f0 Do you have any recommendations from whom to buy silver from online? And which brands like Engelhard, Silver canadian etc, do you think is the best choice? I hope you reply!
@imsailing2 Easy to buy Silver is today ?!
I have become much smarter with my money since I read some of Kiyosaki's books. But keep in mind that he is not trying to tell you how to get rich. NOBODY CAN DO THAT FOR YOU!
He just teaches people how to be smarter with their money. I have hedged myself against inflation with silver since early this year. And as long as the Fed keeps printing money I'm not moving.
I am really wanting to start investing/collecting silver but I dont know what to buy!!! Coins like the Eagles, Maples, etc.. or silver rounds from scottsdale, etc??? What do you think? I am more interested in the use of the silver to barter with if that time was to ever come. I here that silver is silver but i want to hear diffrent collectors / investors advice.
Did you see the weay he was shocked and laughed at the Obama question? This guy knows that Obama doesn't do anything in the white house other than signing off documents for the elites. He's a puppet pure and simple!

BUY silver, but get physical delivery though and not just on paper! that's the way it should be done! Buy silver crash JP Morgan!
Listen up people!!!!We are learning something here.those of us who take this for what it could be are gonna be livin fat!!Im glad i stared buying silver n gold over pointless bullshit.Insted of spending $50 at the movies buy metals here and there.
Speaking of inflation, isn't that kind strange that China's GDP suddenly revved up to 10.6pc? Maybe this is the inflation wave coming over the horizon.
Kiyosaki is cutting loose damn, I never knew this guy was this smart. Very intelligent man.
I read somewhere that they don't even directly mine for silver or they can't. It's a biproduct of zinc mining or some base metal. If the world economy continues collapsing and demand for base metals dwindles, what will that do for the silver price if people are going into safe-haven PMs instead of plummeting FRNs? I wonder how much it would even be if they had to mine SILVER ONLY if the industrial base metals market was much weaker. Maybe silver would go higher than gold.
Do you think silver is going that high??
Excellent vid and info. Thanks for posting.
Great book too… I highly recommend it. It's only about $12 at Borders.
He's right, silver is a screaming deal. It is also easy to learn about & easy to buy.
And don't forget to save your pre 1982 pennies (they are worth 2 cents copper right now & all nickles (which are actually worth a nickel! – imagine that!)
Wow, this is the farthest I have see Kiyosaki go with this information.
Great advise!!!
